VSA does not operate an emergency mental health out of hours service.
If you are feeling suicidal or are caring for someone who you are deeply concerned about please seek immediate help.
Call 999 and ask for an ambulance or if you would prefer not to go to A&E and your GP is not available call NHS 24 on 111
You can also contact your local authority's emergency mental health support out of hours service. Aberdeen City Council's social work team have an out of hours service where a mental health officer can be reached on 0800 7315 520.
There are also a number of services that offer confidential advice from trained volunteers. You can talk about anything that's troubling you, no matter how difficult:
